I grew up in New York, in a Caribbean household. That is its own intersection. It taught me how to read a room long before I ever sat in a boardroom.
My career has been spent at those intersections. Boardrooms and community tables. Enterprise negotiations and emerging brand launches. Revenue strategy and relationship building.
I’ve led client success teams, built partnership ecosystems, mobilized communities, and turned strategic ambition into operational reality across organizations of every stage and scale.

Twelve years in enterprise SaaS. I built the founding enterprise account management function at Iterable and made President’s Club doing it. Unily before that. Vendelux after.
I know what makes a customer stay. That is a craft, not a dashboard.
